Staff : 

Two (2) household staff  consist of a 'live-in' couple (Made & Agus) who take care of all house keeping (including your laundry), the garden, pool & general maintenance, both of them live on the property in the detached staff quarters. They also will take care of your children

if you want to go out without them. An additional 'maid' works at the villa when rental parties exceed more than three (3) persons.

Terms & Conditions :

• Rates are nett per room per night basis.
• Check in time at 14.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% above room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
• Peak season :Written cancelation received within 30 days pior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged
• High season : written cancelatin received within 21 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged
• Low season : written cancelation received witin 14 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged
• No show or early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
• Airport transfer services available at additional charge  US$ 10 nett /way /car.
• Payment by Online Secure Page or bank transfer
