Terms & Conditions :

• Rates are nett per room per night basis.
• Minimum stay : Peak Season 6 nights.
• Check in time at 14.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% above room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
• Peak season :Written cancelation received within 40 days pior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged
• High season : written cancelatin received within 40 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged
• Normal season : written cancelation received witin 20 days prior to arrival date, one night room rate will be charged
• No show or early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
• Airport transfer services available at additional charge  US$ 10 nett /way /car.
