All prices are per 1 (one) night or weekly basis
Check out time is 12:00 noon
Check in time is 14:00 hours
Extended check out until 6:00 pm will be charged 50% from the price per night and full charged if checking out after 6:00 pm
a non- refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received within 5 (five) days after the reservation is made
Balance payment of the total rental amount must be received at least 4
(four) days before check in date for the low season, or 17 ( seventeen)
days for high & peak season
If the booking is made less than 8 (eight) days before check in date
for low season or 18 (eighteen) days for high and peak season, full
payment is required within 5 (five) working days
1 (one) night from the total room blocking change prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one)
days during high season or within 30 (thirty) days during peak season
1 (one) night room charge will be applied if the guest check out earlier than the booking schedulle
Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged upon request
